Phorm, a US firm, have developed a controversial set of tools which track your online surfing habits at Internet Service Provider (ISP) level and then deliver targeted advertising based on that data. BT, Virgin and Talk Talk have already signed up to trial the system which is getting some support from respected privacy campaigners Simon Davies and Gus Hosein. Continue reading ...
